The Arellano family has been a Mexican Restaurant family since 1988. Our father opened his first restaurant, El Rodeo on Williamson road, along with his brother in law.
El Toreo on Franklin was opened and run by his sons and daughters. It is owned and operated by our local family living in Roanoke Valley.

1990s
El Toreo opened in Roanoke, VA on Franklin Rd in the 1990s. We wanted to provide great Mexican food in a fun atmosphere for Roanoke and the surrounding area.
